Browse millions of products from trusted suppliers in China and Vietnam directly on Compassup. R&D tools help evaluate product quality, estimate prices, and place orders quickly through the platform or via API.
Warehousing & Quality Control
Products are shipped to Compassup warehouses in China or Vietnam. We inspect, pack, and label according to seller requirements, and offer printing and logo customization (OEM/ODM/POD) if needed.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
Orders are automatically processed through our system. Sellers can track packing and shipping in real-time. Orders are consolidated to optimize shipping costs.
Cross-Border Shipping
Shipments from China/Vietnam to the US take 7–15 days, and domestic US deliveries take 1–5 days. International delivery is available to over 200 countries via partners such as UPS, FedEx, Cainiao, and more.
Destination Fulfillment
Compassup provides warehousing and domestic fulfillment services in the US for orders from Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, etc. Real-time order status updates and fast last-mile delivery are included.
Order Management & After-Sales Support
Monitor all orders via a smart management system. Automatic status updates, easy return/exchange handling, and complaint resolution are all available on the Compassup platform.
